Side Note
I increased my water intake by double this week. I ordered these bottles and added some fruits to my water. This week I did strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Honestly, this week I was having some pretty extreme fatigue so I was not in the cooking mood. Which is okay! You have to know what your body needs more...and for me rest definitely one. I also would like to confess that Valentine candy got ahold of me while I was working this week...OOPS!
