Ahhh home sweet home. I'm a firm believer that your home should be a reflection of who you are and what gives you inspiration. It should also be well lived in. Anyone else a neutral kinda girl? The more texture a room has, the happier my heart gets. I shop at Home Goods, Target, TJ Maxx, and Ikea constantly for pretty much all of my home decor. I love to mix old with new. Finding unique pieces to put here and there really gives my modern style some homie pieces. 


Chairs and stool from Ikea. Side table is an antique find (s/o to my mom for finding these). Cowhide is from Ikea. TV stand is also Ikea. Salt lamp is from TJ Maxx. 


Couch (similar) is from Ikea. Coffee table is an old family heirloom. Throw pillows are from Home Goods & TJ Maxx. Lamb skin is also an old family heirloom. Side table is from Home Goods.


Faux fur stool is from Ross. Wooden tray is from Home Goods. Throw blanket is from TJ Maxx. 


Throw blanket is from Walmart & on sale from $12. Throw pillow is from Home Goods. 


Basket is form TJ Maxx. Curtains are from TJ Maxx. Rattan wall art is from Target. Floor lamp is from Target.

Entry Way

Can't believe I'm finally showing off my entry way with everyone. I never show off my home decor because I feel like I always having something else to do. I feel like for right now it is done. I would like to add some wallpaper in the nook where my entry table is at but until then this is what I've got... I love mixing modern furniture with antiques. I'm very much a neutral kinda girl. The only room in my house that has color is my bedroom. OOPS! I think that there is something very cozy about having an all neutral house filled with a ton of different textures. What is your favorite home decor style? Are you into neutrals or color?

Boho Christmas Decor

I can't believe it is already Christmas! A part of me is shocked but the other part of me is very excited because I absolutely love to decorate for the holidays. Now if you follow me on Instagram you know that ya girl LOVES anything and everything boho. Specifically boho neutral. It makes tingle. I've been asked by quite a few of my sweet followers to share more home decor so here goes.

I'm not 100% done. Our kitchen hasn't been touched yet (waiting on a shipment to come in) but once it's up I will be adding more photos on this blog post. I wanted to go ahead and get it up before everything was done because a lot of items do sell out quick!

Home Renovation: Decor Inspiration

If you follow me on Instagram, then this is somewhat old news, but Eric and I decided to tackle a home renovation this year. We are still very much in the thick of it, but I thought it would be fun to show you my inspiration for this home. 


It's no secret that my style has changed dramatically over the years. After four years of living a bohemian dream, I have decided to take a different direction. I took some time and really tried to focus on figuring out my true interior decor style, and after a lot of research, I have discovered that it's called Transitional. 


Transitional is the perfect mix of modern and antiques in a neutral color palette. 


All of my favorite pieces that I own in my house, for the most part, are the antiques that either my mom has gotten me or I've raided from my grandparents' house.


I'm going for a very light and airy for most of the house but bringing in lighter woods, textures like bamboos, and a few very bold choices that I'm really excited to show you. Make sure to follow me on Instagram @abigailgwfn to see more behind the scenes of our reno.
