Sprouts Favorites + Meal Plan + Grocery List
September 30, 2018
If you spend more than an hour with me you will quickly find out that I'm a true snack queen. Sprouts has fueled my snack obsession into over time. Literally I snack 24/7. Snacks are their own food group!
I use to shop religiously at Kroger when I was diagnosed with celiac disease but since a Sprouts opened up in Augusta, GA I have realized that my bill has come out to be significantly cheaper than anywhere else. They always have a great sale going on plus if you go on Wednesday's you can take advantage of last weeks sale and the current weeks sale. Last week they had a huge BOGO sale on pretty much everything that makes my tummy so v'happy!
Sprouts' Must Haves
Coconut Rolls - these have become a must have our household. I have to practice extreme self-control when snacking on them because I'll eat the whole bag within 15 minutes. I love both flavors but the chocolate is my all time fav. Also I like to pretend they are cigars...LOL!
Banana Chips - I've just recently discovered these and they are SO freaking delicious. Easy to grab + go with especially when I'm working! A cheaper option would be to buy these from the bulk section...I don't know if they are gluten free so I avoid but if you aren't psycho sensitive to cross contamination go for it!
Plantain Chips - I snack on these all the time. A nice alternative to potato chips and so freaking delicious. I've gotten all of my coworkers hooked on these as well. My favorite is the picante flavor.
Hummus - I will always love a good hummus but this one is mainly because of Eric. He snacks on hummus whenever he needs a little extra boost. He always goes for the chipotle flavor and he eats tortilla chips with them.
Strawberry & Peanut Butter Bites - these are like a PB&J sandwich but miniature.
Dark Chocolate Covered Bananas - these are ah-mazing and great when you are craving something sweet.
Solero Fruit Pops - I keep these stocked up in my freezer. They're absolutely delicious! I love the raspberry & pineapple ones.
Zevia - you can get these just about anywhere BUT they are worth mentioning up here because they are always on sale + such a great alternative to sodas.

Travel Essentials: Weekend Trip
September 27, 2018
I'm all about a good weekend trip. 9 times out of 10 I will always choose to make a trip for the weekend. I try to save my longer vacations for the holidays. Plus ya girl can't handle being away from her sweet pups for too long.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:
1. Sweater / Cardigan
Even if it is 100 degrees out, I assure you that I will have a cardigan with me. I've lived in South Carolina for 10 plus years so ya girl can handle some heat but I absolutely hate being cold. I also hate being super hot too. I'm clearly a complex person. *This cardigan is from Swank located in Augusta, GA
2. Apps for GF travel
Most of you know that I have celiac disease, if you are new to the blog then this is brand new information! With celiac disease comes extreme planning...especially when it comes to where I'm going to eat at. I use the app Find Me GF all of the time. You can search for gluten free restaurants based on your location. It has saved me so much time and anxiety!
3. Face Spray / Makeup Bag
Being stuck in a car for however long while you travel can kinda be a major struggle on your skin. I always keep a facial spray in my bag but I triple check that I have one when I'm on the road. Nothing gives you that little extra boost like this one. Also can any women really go out of town without her makeup bag?
4. Snacks
Snacccccccccks. I'm a major snack queen! If you ever run into me, I'm sure that my bag will have some sort of snack in it. They are so essential to road trips. These peanut butter & jelly bites from Sprouts have been my go to recently. Not only are the snacks good for the car but they are also great for the hotel room!
5. Music playlist
I feel like this has to be really obvious. Every trip should have great music going along with it. I have Apple Music and it's my all time favorite. Some of my favorite artist for road trips are: Hootie & the Blowfish, Florence + the Machine, Beyonce, and Lauren Daigle to name a few.
Fall Reading List 2018
September 25, 2018
Fall is officially here and with that I've put together a fun reading list for all my bookworm readers! Nothing makes me happier than curling up in a chair and reading a good book with crisp cool air out. Of course living in South Carolina that crisp air doesn't happen until November sooo I might be enjoying my air conditioner until it cools off outside. LOL!
6. Milk & Honey
Buying Tip:
I swear that the best place to purchase books is off Amazon. Especially if you have Amazon Prime!

Amazon Prime Purchases: July & August
September 22, 2018
I don't think it is a secret how addicted I am to Amazon Prime. If you aren't addicted to Amazon Prime it makes me question our friendship. Joking...but kinda not. So I've decided to put together a post together for y'all of my Amazon purchases for the last two months.
Steve Madden Sandals
I've been wearing these sandals nonstop since I got them in. They are SO comfy! Plus you really can't beat the price for them either. Not to mention they are great Hermés dupes! I would recommend going up a size with them.
Converse Platform Sneakers
So I first spotted these on the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and by the time it went public they were completely sold out. I was super bummed out and so I went searching and found the same ones on Amazon for the same exact price they were for the Nordstrom sale price. I have some Nordstrom high tops but these are definitely my favorite.
Gold Chain Sunglass Holders
When I first saw these I knew I needed them. I'm constantly near a body of water and I get so nervous wearing any of my sunglasses with fear that they are gonna fall in the water. I've also never been able to find a pair that I really liked!! I get so many compliments on them so it's an all around win-win.
Wood Garlands
Ahh.. these have been my latest purchase. I got them for the lamps in my bedroom but they turned out being too small so I placed them on some smaller lamps around my house and they look great! These aren't Prime and take a few weeks to get in but definitely worth it!!
PLASTIC FLAMINGOS
Earlier this summer I cleaned up my backyard. My grandparents have always had plastic flamingos around their garden so once I got my yard all cleaned up I had to order some. They've brought so much character and happiness to my yard.

Floral Graphic
September 12, 2018
How has everyone's life been recently? I hope all is well! I'm so excited for this weekend. I'm having a girl's weekend with my mom and her best friend in ATL. I cannot wait to get out of town for a little mental break ASAP. So much change has been going on in my life and it can get a little overwhelming every now and then. I need some fun restaurant suggestions for the weekend! I love a good local restaurant so comment away below!!
Here is a little secret about me: I love graphic tees. I really cannot resist a good graphic. They are probably the easiest clothing item I have. So easy to dress up or down depending on my mood. I've had my eye on this one for awhile and I'm SO glad I finally pulled the trigger on it. I styled this look with my trusty flare jeans. I gives it that dressier casual look that screams effortless. You could easily pair it with a fun skirt and statement booties for a more dressed up look. This bamboo handbag is probably one of my all time favorite bags I've ever bought. The t-shirt does run small so I would definitely size up!
Raw Hem Sweater
September 5, 2018
I hope everyone had a relaxing Labor Day weekend! Eric and I didn't do a whole lot this past weekend. Extremely low-key. What did you do? Hopefully something fun! Is it sad that it's only Wednesday and I'm already searching for the weekend? Eric's best friend is getting married this weekend so we are looking forward to all the wedding festivities!
How cute is this sweater?! I'm personally in love with it. I love all the details it has. It is a one-size fits all and I am pleasantly surprised with how well it fits. I got a ton of questions about these jeans the other day from my Instagram so I figured I'd style these two pieces together. I can't wait until it gets a little cooler out so I can wear this sweater a lot more!!

Black Romper
September 2, 2018
I'm soaking up the last few minutes of summer the best that I can. Do you have some plans for Labor Day tomorrow? I'm currently plan-less but hopeful I'll be out on the lake. Tell me what your plans are in the comments!
I got this romper in from SheIn and it is probably one of my favorite pieces I've gotten from them so far. It's SO flattering and cute! I got a medium in it and it does fit TTS. I paired it with these new slides I got today (check out my InstaStory to see where from) but I think it would look super cute with some chunky heels if you wanted to dress it up. Best part is that it is only $20!
