I love this look, this skirt and it's on sale & under $13! This one is from H&M and I bought a 6 in it, they do run small so I recommend going up a size. This blouse is one of my favorites and it runs a size larger so I bought an XS in it. I found these shoes from TJ Maxx and they are Chinese Laundry brand and I bought a 7 1/2.
